Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago

I’m writing this review primarily for the front desk staff Caroline, we had an early flight from Houston so we were quite exhausted. She was able to get us a last minute early check in with fees waived. I hope her boss reads this and gives her a raise because I usually don’t leave reviews but the customer service from Caroline made me feel incline to do so. The hotel itself is nice, no hidden fees or destination fees. Staff was accommodating when I asked for plastic utensils or additional water bottles.

My stay at this 5-star hotel in Chicago’s Cwas decent overall. The location was convenient and close to great restaurants, which made exploring the area easy. The room was clean but a bit outdated, and the service was acceptable. It’s a reasonable option for a short stay.

Had a great one night stay here. The staff was very attentive and kind. The coffee machine is cool. I was just so happy to stay in a super clean room that was not noisy at all. Tipping housekeeping isn't a big thing for me...I might leave a few bucks. But I left $20 this time because of the excellent condition of the room. I parked at the Poetry Garage for like $65 for 24 hours. It was a quick 5 minute walk. No problems.

The blonde lady at reception had exemplary customer service. I saw her greeting every person walking into the lobby, always smiling, upbeat with efficient yet genuinely kind communication with everyone. I saw her do this all night as I was going in and out constantly and was thinking, damn I couldn't consistently do that all day. Kudos to her.

Five stars for Anna at the front desk! She was wonderful and made us feel right at home despite the cold weather. She was so knowledgeable about the hotel and Chicago. The views were spectacular, the rooms were very clean, and the location is perfect. We’ll definitely be back to this beautiful city!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago! Great value for the price and such a convenient location — close to my office, public transportation, a Target nearby, and an easy walk to Millennium Park, the Bean, and the Magnificent Mile. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. One of my favorite surprises was the Drybar blow dryer in the room plus the complimentary coffee bar on the third floor with fruit and snacks — such a nice touch! Customer service was great, and there’s a cute café right by the entrance for quick coffee or breakfast. Overall, an awesome stay. I’d definitely come back!

Such a charming hotel in a great location. If you're visiting for business, it's in a prime location with great Wi-Fi, business center, and space in The Corner with complimentary coffee/water station/snacks. If you're visiting for leisure, even better! All main Chicago locations are within walking distance or right by public transit. Will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chicago. Cannot beat the amenities, very sweet and helpful staff, service, and competitive pricing. I travel consistently and this is not common. NOTES: -Front desk agent checking me in had many recommendations to nearby attractions and restaurants when I asked, always greeted me when I arrived -Had a small maintenance request (self-caused), and maintenance was at my room in 5 minutes on a weekend -The Corner always stocked and clean -Housekeeping visited daily and room was very clean -Felt very safe inside the hotel and near the hotel, i.e. waiting for Uber outside -Warm room and lobby

Very nice bedroom and bathroom with modern design. The beds are very comfortable, big TV (only local channels) free coffee and water, refrigerator, iron and hairdryer. The coffee at “The Corner”( 3rd. floor ) was excellent. Great location, close to restaurants and 15-20 minutes to River walk and Magnificent Miles. There is a valet parking only and is expensive $$.
